Pinery Homes By Rex Brown won 3 awards including Best Architectural Design at the 2007 Home-A-Rama. This show is organized by BAGI (Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis) every year and showcases 6-9 luxury homes that are fully decorated and landscaped. Attendance ranges from 20,000-40,000. The Awards are given for the "best of" aspects of the homes, along with a "Peoples Choice Award".

The Show
The 2007 show was located in Stonegate at Zionsville in June of 2007. Stonegate at Zionsville's tree-lined streets share the warmth and quaintness that defines Zionsville. A community within itself, Stonegate features shops, a community center with a pool, chapel and even an elementary school.
Why Is Rex In Home-A-Rama At Stonegate In 2007?
Rex is building his own personal home in The Village of West Clay in Carmel, just 10 minutes from Stonegate and he's decided to expand into the Carmel and Zionsville markets. Until now, most of Rex's efforts have centered around the Fishers, Geist, and Noblesville areas. In 2007, Rex has introduced his bold style in Carmel and Zionsville with a kickoff at the 2007 Home-A-Rama show, the Luxury Home Tour in The Village of West Clay in October, and several other spectacular spec homes.
The Plan
In 2007, Rex introduced a new line of main level master bedroom floor plans that are well suited to the move-up buyer and the family that is right-sizing in the Carmel and Zionsville markets. The showcased home design at the 2007 Home-A-Rama combines everything that appeals to today's custom home buyer: large kitchen, with a strategically located single dining area, overlooking a magnificent hearth room that connects to smart outdoor living is the heart of the floor plan. Next, keeping another elegant study/parlor/living room/bedroom with a full bath on the main floor offers an additional flex room that can be a workhorse as a family's needs change. The planning center or mom's room located on the main floor allows for the day to day necessities of organization, laundry, and communications. A larger 3-car garage and basement storage provides the space to keep those things that are hard to part with. Three bedrooms on the second floor and one in the basement allow for a larger family or one that returns for long visits.
