Welcome to Saddlebrook at Shelborne! A truly custom home community in the heart of west Carmel, Indiana. Located just north of 116th Street on Shelborne Road.
Geographically, Saddlebrook couldn’t be better. I-465 is 2 miles south with an exit to the east and west; Downtown Indianapolis is just 15 minutes directly south; The Village of Zionsville is 3 miles to the west; Clay Terrace is 4 miles northwest; Indianapolis International Airport is just a 15 minute drive; And many parks, shops, and dining options…make it an easy place to live.
View the Aerial Map to see how the developers situated Saddlebrook off a long entrance, away from traffic, and pushed it deep to West Park, where one entire side borders the park. The wooded area bordering the south side of Saddlebrook was converted to Carmel Parks in 2008.
Carmel has 3 new schools just a few blocks to the north of Saddlebrook: College Wood, West Clay Elementary School and Creekside Middle School.
The developers of Saddlebrook had a vision: A community of fine custom homes designed to high architectural standards, built by craftsmen, creating a unique streetscape…a neighborhood where unique home styles match the quality of life to those families living there.
Along with several other great custom builders, we started building custom homes in Saddlebrook in 2007. Today, the neighborhood is approximately 35% built, and we are on target to have it finished by 2013-14.
We’re currently building 8 brand new floorplans as spec homes in Saddlebrook. Lot 6, is now finished and is open Saturday and Sunday from 1-5 pm. Each of our custom homes is designed to fit its specific homesite and utilize uniquely different exterior materials creating a high level of architecture throughout the neighborhood.
