EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS & OUTDOOR LIVING
The home’s exterior styling is Modern Prairie architecture featuring clean brick exterior with limestone accents, brick columns at front and rear, large windows that put together a clean and modern exterior.
An Outdoor Room (covered porch) overlooks the pond off the kitchen/great room.
The double 5′ wide x 8′ tall front door greets guests in style yet maintains the architectural theme. Windows are Anderson brand with Low-E glass in a dark bronze color. The front door has upgraded obscure glass to preserve privacy.
The floorplan includes an impressive 12′ high front foyer. All the other walls on the main level are 10′. Large windows in every room bring in sun and offer great outdoor views. The combination of open floor plan, high ceilings, and large outdoor views bring together a clean modern feel.

The master bath has a custom oversized shower with two shower faucet systems: a standard rain can shower head and a flexible hand held shower spray on adjustable rod. The shower has no door and no floor curb to step over, rather the floor gently slopes to an upgraded drain. FINISH LEVEL & DECOR OF HOME
The interior home decor is modern and fresh.
Lighter paint and finish colors and finishes blend to create a clean canvas.
The bathroom floors (master bath, both second floor baths) are finished with custom level tile.
The entire main floor is finished with 6.5″ wide hardwood that is smoothly finished in a medium greige color.
All bathroom counter tops are natural marble with square shaped under-top mounted bowls.
Commodes throughout the home are elongated, comfort height, with softclose seats, and have color coordinated trip levers. All meet today’s water conservation standards.
Bathroom accessories match each bathroom’s design style and are color coordinated to faucets.
Lighting throughout the home includes many LED recessed can lights and custom selected designer level light fixtures.
All interior doors are 8′ tall, solid core with lever style doorknobs. Door styles are a 1-panel flush design.
Main level baseboard trim is 7″+ tall. Door casing is 3″+ wide. Crown molding is used throughout the main floor in every main room. All the trim is painted clean and square in Craftsman style.
The modern gas fireplace in the great room is operated by a wall switch, and is surrounded by custom stone work. Optional built-in cabinets are available upon request.
The home’s interior is painted in light, cool colors. Millwork is painted in a soft white matching the ceilings, and the walls are painted a lovely contrasting darker color. There is no texture on walls or ceilings in the home; all is finished in smooth paint. All the wall corners are finish in rounded bullnose.
The home has a high efficiency HVAC system.
The hot water heater is Tank-Less and highly efficient. A hot water recirculation system brings hot water to each faucet in a few seconds but operates with low energy and can be turned off completely as needed.
The range hood and bath vents are vented to the exterior.
Electrical system is 200 amp.
Gas is supplied to: furnace, hot water heater, range, fireplace. Gas can be supplied to outdoor grill or fire pit upon request.
