The home’s interior is painted in lighter white based colors. Millwork is painted in a soft white matching the ceilings, and the walls are painted a lovely contrasting darker white color. There is no texture on walls or ceilings in the home; all is finished in smooth paint. All the wall corners are finish in rounded bullnose.


The home has (2) high efficiency HVAC systems that includes main system serving the basement and main floor on the other system serving the second floor.

The hot water heater is Tank-Less and highly efficient. A hot water recirculation system brings hot water to each faucet in a few seconds but operates with low energy and can be turned off completely as needed.
