The home’s exterior styling is a Modern Craftsman architecture featuring a historical-themed exterior, with cozy mix of painted brick and three styles of siding painted in two colors.
The front door 3′ wide by x 8′ tall greets guests in style and sets the theme for the architecture. Windows are WeatherShield brand with Low-E glass in Craftsman Bronze color.
The outdoor living space includes (3) unique areas: front porch, main floor Outdoor Room (covered porch) off the main living space that is finished with neat cable rail which allows for clear views of the lake behind, and more outdoor living space is off the walk-out basement and sets below the upper Outdoor Room, creating additional covered space that is even more private.
The cozy front porch is large enough to be fully functional and greets family and friends with charm.
All the walls on the main level are 10′. Large windows in every room bring in sun and offer great outdoor views. The combination of open floor plan, high ceilings, and large outdoor views bring together a clean modern feel.
The walk-out basement has 9′ poured concrete walls. The entire main floor is finished with 7″ wide Rustic French Oak hardwood that is smoothly finished in a light more natural color.
The bathroom floors are finished with custom level tile.
All bathroom counter tops are natural marble or granite with square shaped under-top mounted bowls.
Commodes throughout the home are elongated, comfort height, with softclose seats, and have color coordinated trip levers. All meet today’s water conservation standards.
Bathroom accessories match each bathroom’s design style and are color coordinated to faucets.
Lighting throughout the home includes many LED recessed can lights and custom selected designer level light fixtures.
All interior doors are solid core with lever style doorknobs. Door style is 2-panel design and are 8′ tall.
Baseboard trim is 7″+ tall. Door casing is 3″+ wide. Crown molding is used throughout the main floor. All the trim is clean and square in Craftsman style.
The modern gas fireplace in the great room is surrounded by custom stone work. Optional built-in cabinets are available upon request.
The home’s interior is painted in light, cool colors. Millwork is painted in a soft white matching the ceilings, and the walls are painted a lovely contrasting darker color. There is no texture on walls or ceilings in the home; all is finished in smooth paint. All the wall corners are finish in rounded bullnose.
The home has a high efficiency HVAC system.
The hot water heater is Tank-Less and highly efficient. A hot water recirculation system brings hot water to each faucet in a few seconds but operates with low energy and can be turned off completely as needed.
The range hood and bath vents are vented to the exterior.
Electrical system is 200 amp.
