We are a residential custom homebuilder specializing in uniquely built properties for discriminating customers. Our family operated company is located in Westfield, Indiana. We offer our building service at the following locations: Westfield, Western side of Noblesville, Far North-Central Indianapolis, Eastern side of Carmel.

Experience & Management

Rex Brown has worked with 1450+ homeowners building 500+ custom homes and 950+ remodeling projects. He brings vast experience to the building process. Rex began his construction career in 1986 operating a remodeling company and in 1993 began building custom homes. Today, impressive design and craftsmanship reflect his experience for 40 years.

Outstanding Design By Great Designers & Vendors

Great home design starts with great designers and vendors. Rex personally works with the best of both to develop building sites, floor plans, and fit-finish schedules. Our vendor relationships are wide and deep, developed over years. Understanding who to go to and what they are capable of – helps Rex to bring forth their best work. The goal is to develop long-term relationships with our designers and vendors to bring forth their best effort in helping our customers. 

The financial cost of balancing design vs cost is important to everyone – yet style matters too – or what’s the point of a custom home? Real and lasting quality requires: top designers and the best vendors and tradesmen – all of whom must care about doing a good job. Success is always more than just how much money we spend. It takes great people.

Each customer and property is unique. Both require special consideration, so understanding current design ideas and trends, as well as, how best to communicate with our customer is key. Rex meets each customer where they are in a crowed world of ideas. He helps them see their unique project as clearly as possible. 

Having good taste and a sense of style is essential to a successful outcome. Rex and his design team specializes in understanding the customer’s excellent taste, impeccable style, and the balance between too much and not enough.

At any given time we have 4-6 projects underway. Our team is passionate about top-shelf quality and service. This means that sometimes it’s necessary to limit the number of projects we can accept.

Our life experiences bring distinct ideas for the best way to build, and often these ideas are important to our customers. Exclusivity isn’t easy to find in our world today. To help our customers, we limit access into our projects during construction. Privacy throughout our process is essential. We conduct business with a clear understanding of our customers’ interests.
